This is essentially a music video shot in very high quality video.  Runs are marked and included Fraser River, Kootenays & Kwinatahl in BC, Southern Alberta, Quebec, and California.  There's a mix of big water and big drops.  Great runs and entertaining carnage.  The editing is clean and professional.  All in all, very nice eye candy - appropriate for all ages - would go well with beer the night before a paddling trip.
